How to Fill Out an Adobe Sign Electronic Form

Many facilities are allowing us to submit electronic versions of their security forms which streamlines the process for both us and them. If you have any issues with filling out an Adobe Sign form, please call the office at 972.298.1101.

1. After you click the link to the form in the Important Information section on the event page, you will be taken to a Bill Glass Ministries Adobe Sign page.

2. At the bottom, review the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy then click the Continue button.

3. Fill out all of the required fields which are indicated by a red asterisk in the upper left hand corner of the field.

4. In the upper right corner of the page, there is a required field indicator that shows how many required fields are left to be filled out. You may click on it to advance to the next required field.

5. To put your signature on a form, click in the Click here to sign field(s), type in your legal name, and click the Apply button.

6. At the bottom of the page, a black bar will pop up. Click the Click to Sign button.

7. Enter your email address in the box the pops up and click the Click to sign button.

8. After you have clicked the button, you will see a page instructing you to check your email.

9. Check your email and click the Confirm my email address link.

10. You will be taken to a webpage confirming your form has been completed and submitted.

11. You will receive a confirmation email that includes your form attached.

12. The process is complete!
