Your registration will not be complete until you fill out an additional security form. Click here to fill out the form. You will need to print, sign, and, along wiith a color copy of the front and back of your drivers license and social security card, upload here.
No all-white. No solid red, blue, or black. No tight-fitting clothing. No see-through clothing. No hoodies. No jeans with holes. No shorts. No Christian apparel. No political apparel. No perfume/cologne. No spring-loaded pens. No smart watches. Ball caps are allowed.
