Ministry Update

“O give thanks unto the Lord, for He is good; for his mercy endureth forever. Let the Redeemed of the Lord say so, whom he hath redeemed from the hand of the enemy;” - Psalm 107 1-2. We give thanks!!!

Norco, CA Day of Champions: Blessed are the flexible! Due to some late changes at the facility in Norco, CA, we had to scale back our program setup. Our 79 Teammates (26 Rookies) were still able to have around 200 Gospel conversations. 52 men committed to Jesus and 52 more turned back to Jesus! We also trained 21 to take the Good News behind the walls. Lord, we give thanks.

Training in Action: Kayleen Crain, one of our Event Administrators, has been a long-time Teammate. She used her Bill Glass Behind the Walls training to lead Cristen, a community service volunteer, to the Lord last month! Her words for everyone – “Trust the process!” Lord, we give thanks.

Bill Glass Behind the Walls in Africa: In late 2021 or early 2022, Rick White, our Director of Church Relations and Platform Guests, introduced me to Pastor TK. TK was in the States giving reports to churches on his ministry in Africa, where he lives and serves the Lord. His ministry is to churches and pastors, coming alongside them to train, encourage, and assist in ministry.

TK had known Rick White for a long time and had done ministry together. He calls Rick his pastor! TK wanted to know more about the ministry of Bill Glass Behind the Walls. After talking for a while, TK asked me, "When are you bringing the ministry to Africa?" My response was, "When you come and learn what the ministry is, give leadership to it, and take it back to Africa with you." We laughed and both committed this to prayer.

I had several people ask me when we were going international again. After much prayer, fasting, and seeking wise counsel, I was convinced that the model that would work is to train others to take this ministry back to their own country and lead in making more evangelists, just as Bill Glass had shown us how to do that for so many years.

Pastor TK attended a Bill Glass Behind the Walls event in Dallas in 2024. He observed, asked questions, and participated. After that event, we again committed to prayer for God's leading.

TK trained using the Bill Glass method and Bill Glass materials at the event. TK said, "It works so well; there is no need to change anything."

There is more: TK told me before the event that there is interest in Swaziland, Zimbabwe, and Malawi! God is moving in Africa. And, if you haven't heard, 80 teammates went in, and 151 men gave their lives to Christ. 163 repented and came back to Christ, and another 41 inmates were trained to share the Gospel.

All because of obedience to God's leading. Bill's obedience led others in the same way. Pastor TK was obedient to God's calling too and is following in the footsteps of Bill himself.

Maybe you know a missionary in another country who, like TK, trains and supports national pastors of their respective country. We believe this model is the way to send this ministry all over the world once again, while we stay focused on an ever-growing mission field here in the United States. If you do, please reach out to the team to have a meeting.

Volunteers in Africa

Tanya Crevier: Tanya Crevier has been a staple at Bill Glass events for over 45 years. As a dynamic Platform Guest, God has used her to draw hundreds of thousands, if not millions, of inmates to yards and gyms. She could make almost anyone clap and laugh. The juggling routine with the apple never fails to make me laugh, but it is her servants heart that truly sets her apart. She shined as Bill’s opener for most of her time with us. And when she wasn’t performing, she was serving!

Recently, Tanya reached out to me and said she is ready for the next chapter in her life and that is spending time with her family and just being Aunt Tanya. She has probably been on more events than anyone, she is in the Hall of Fame for the ministry, and she is our biggest cheerleader. She said, “I will be praying and keeping up with everything you guys are doing!”  Thank you Tanya, and we Praise God for you. While it is not the One you want to ultimately hear from, everyone at Bill Glass Ministries says Well Done!
