Site Coordinator
What is a Site Coordinator?
A Site Coordinator leads a team of volunteers with a servant's heart, facilitating the volunteer opportunities to share the Gospel with the "least of these." They oversee day-of event operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly while serving the Teammates rather than directly ministering to detainees. The role requires commitment, experience, and prayerful planning to serve effectively.
Qualifications to be a Site Coordinator
- Have an active, growing relationship with Jesus Christ
- Agree to the BGBTW Statement of Faith
- Have served on at least five (5) events as a Teammate
- Preferably be recommended for the role by a Regional Director or other Site Coordinator
